What's happening?
What I feared would happen has happened. Conflicting 'special interests' and personal agendas have hindered the development of a website for VCPJ.
The last I knew, the VCPJ asked Ray N to Chair the Web committee, in order to facilitate the progress of the website. The idea was suggested at one of the meetings, but Ray was not present at that meeting. I am waiting to find out if he has agreed. Ray, will you do this?
I am holding off on the web design until we have a chair to offer some direction. If at that point the group prefers that we use a 'cookie-cutter' web template and plagiarize the design and code of other sites, so be it. Otherwise, I am happy to continue to write code that meets the approval of the group.
