Draft 3 and a thought on color scheme
Draft 3 has been posted.

I still don't like the colors, but I had a thought ... what about a rainbow scheme? I could put 'boxes' around each section like I did around the "Events" section on the page. Each would be a different color from red to violet. I could add a "links" section on the right so there would be four on the right, and the top of the menu on the left can be another color. We could do RED, YELLOW, GREEN, BLUE, and VIOLET. Any thoughts?

Thanks for the input. Anybody else have any color scheme preferences for the site?
I see the point about the sense of mourning when we think about war/occupation, but then again, VCPJ's focus is peace and justice--those are rather positive subjects and they are something to be happy about.
Gary has repeatedly stressed that we need to be as much about what we are FOR as what we are AGAINST.
As for links to include (to outside sites), when we get to that point, I'm sure there will be much discussion about what does/doesn't belong.
Back to work ....
I was away the end of last week and for the weekend and am rather busy this week so please accept my apologies for neglecting the website for a few days ... I will try to incorporate the suggestions that have been made in the next draft, but that draft may not occur for a few more days.
As for documenting the actions of VCPJ members, Tony, I'm not sure whether you mean as individuals or as a group. Certainly, we will document what we do as a group. As for the individuals, I am sure you are aware that we are not all in agreement on all issues, so there are some areas that we might not want to address directly on the website.
